Desi has been active in the Vancouver Island design community for well over 20 years. If you have been in a building in Nanaimo, there is a good chance he was involved with its design. Desi has a reputation that has made him the go to designer in Nanaimo. Contractors, developers and government know that they can depend on Desi to get the job done quickly and efficiently saving them money and time. Desi has developed a truly integral design for the entire community.
Roy Xia
Engineer & Designer
Since starting with the team last year, Roy has brought his years of experience from all over Canada. As a licensed engineer in provinces all over Canada including B.C., Roy brings a wide berth of knowledge to the team in mechanical, HVAC and sprinkler disciplines.
Matthew Glazewski
Fire Protection
Matthew developed his specialized skillset under the direct tutelage of Desi. Matthew has expertise in all aspects of the NFPA and the BC fire code. Matthew has years of actual field experience also that makes him a key contacts for fire suppression and sprinkler systems on Vancouver Island.
