Des Design was instrumental to the mechanical design for this new state of the art dealership located in the fast-growing city of Nanaimo on beautiful Vancouver Island.
Yellowpoint Site Assessment
Our assessment included a complete report of all existing plumbing and mechanical systems of all existing structures and buildings. Services included 3D inventory of existing structures and careful identification of all systems above and below ground. All information is compiled and presented as a valuable tool for valuation, budgeting or as framework for future development or renovation.
VIU Residences
We have completed mechanical design and layout for multiple projects in and around the Vancouver Island University including residences, upgrades and additions.
